A senior staff attorney in the Litigation Department, Nicholas Federico focuses on complex litigation matters and regulatory investigations, including multidistrict litigations and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Nicholas has represented clients as defendants in private antitrust actions and in connection with investigations and litigations brought by antitrust regulatory agencies.
While in law school, Nicholas was a note and comment editor of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law and interned in the chambers of the Hon. Peter J. Messitte in the U.S District Court for the District of Maryland.
