A counsel in the Litigation Department, Conrad Scott focuses his practice on high-stakes commercial litigation, including antitrust, contract, and corporate-governance disputes on behalf of technology companies and financial institutions. Conrad also has extensive experience challenging legislation and adverse action by government regulators. Drawing on his experience as a law clerk at all three levels of the federal court system—most recently for Justices Anthony M. Kennedy and Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court—he represents clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit counseling through appeal.
