He advises on a variety of tax issues in connection with a broad range of U.K. and international corporate, financing and private fund structuring transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, reorganisations and other corporate transactions.

- EasyPark, a portfolio company of Vitruvian Partners, in its acquisition of Parkopedia
- ECI Partners in a single-asset GP-led secondary transaction involving CSL, including the formation of a continuation fund totaling £600 million
- Graanul Invest, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management, on the consent solicitation to extend the maturity of its existing €630 million notes and its €100 million super senior revolving credit facility
- ICG on the equity arrangements and tax structuring aspects of its acquisition of an interest in Lomond
- La Doria S.p.A., a portfolio company of Investindustrial, in its issuance of €525 million of high-yield bonds and entry into an €85 million revolving credit facility
- Mitel Networks Corporation in its successful chapter 11 process which trimmed the company’s debt by $1.15 billion, reduced its annual interest payments by about $135 million and provided approximately $125 million of new funding to support its future operations
- Radius Global Infrastructure, a portfolio company of EQT and PSP, on the financing aspects of numerous transactions, including:
- on the financing aspects of its acquisition of a portfolio of 145 Italian property assets
- in the financing aspects of its acquisition, via an affiliate, of 358 Italian digital antennae system (DAS) assets
- Shrieve Chemical Company, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, in its acquisition of Carbon Chemicals Group
- Stonepeak on the financing for its acquisition of Forgital Group from global investment firm Carlyle

- Värde Partners in a single asset GP-led secondary transaction involving Vía Célere, including the formation of a continuation vehicle totaling at €450 million

- Warburg Pincus in its acquisition, alongside Temasek, of Specialist Risk Group
