Rob Balis is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He regularly represents financial and strategic buyers, target companies and financial advisors on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital investments, leveraged acquisitions, stock and asset purchases, divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Rob’s industry experience includes transactions in the fields of health care, technology, media & entertainment, manufacturing and telecommunications. Rob has represented clients that include affiliates of Apollo Global Management, D1 Capital Partners, Kohlberg & Company and Wellspring Capital Management.
