Nathalie Sadler is a partner in the Investment Funds Group, with particular expertise in advising on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of private funds across a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of asset classes, including private credit, private equity and real estate, as well as fund structures such as separately managed accounts and co-investment structures.
Nathalie also has significant experience in structuring and launching hedge funds and evergreen funds and regularly advises fund managers on a range of management and advisory matters, including global employee co-investment structures, carried interest and other incentive schemes, as well as general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
Nathalie was named a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com and a Legal Rising Star 2023 by Private Funds CFO.
