Meggin Bednarczyk is a counsel in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group. Meggin advises clients in the technology and intellectual property aspects of a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology.
