Hein Visser is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and advises leading private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors and industries (including healthcare, technology and software, business and professional services, and industrials). With a focus on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, minority investments, strategic exits and corporate restructurings, Hein provides comprehensive guidance to clients across the investment lifecycle. His practice also encompasses general corporate and commercial advisory. Prior to establishing his practice in the United Kingdom, Hein worked at a prestigious South African law firm. He also completed a year-long secondment at Bain Capital from September 2023 to August 2024.
