Farzaan is a counsel in the Finance group where his practice centers on advising asset managers and their investment funds on a broad spectrum of fund finance transactions, including capital call (subscription) facilities, single and multi-asset NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, GP and management company financings, rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, employee and partner co-invest facilities, fund-of-funds financings and preferred equity structures. His experience encompasses a diverse range of funds, including large-cap and middle-market buyout, credit, real estate, opportunistic, secondaries, venture, infrastructure, multi-strategy and emerging market funds, as well as fund-of-funds and fund-of-one structures.
Farzaan was named a "Rising Star" by the Fund Finance Association in 2024.
