Ashley Hearn is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group. Ashley advises global private equity fund clients on matters relating to fund formation, operations, compliance and portfolio investing activities. She also has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.
