Arian Mossanenzadeh is a partner in the firm’s Executive Compensation Group. His practice involves a wide range of executive compensation matters, primarily advising public and privately held companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other corporate transactions. He also counsels clients on the drafting and negotiation of incentive compensation arrangements and executive employment and separation agreements, as well as securities and tax law issues pertaining to executive compensation.
