Victor Haas is an associate in the Executive Compensation Group specializing in public and private transactional and advisory work. He has extensive experience advising private equity clients regarding employee benefits, compensation arrangements, restrictive covenant agreements, separations from service and compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations.

In law school, Victor served as executive editor of the Journal of Legislation & Public Policy.
