An associate in the Litigation Department, Parnia Zahedi focuses on white collar defense and government and internal investigations, including matters concerning securities fraud, anti-money laundering and other financial crimes. Parnia also has experience in complex civil matters, including securities class actions and international arbitration proceedings. She maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in cases involving gun control and immigration matters.

In law school, Parnia served as an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Review, and was a winner of the American Constitution Society’s Richard D. Cudahy Writing Competition on Regulatory and Administrative Law.
