As an associate in the Litigation Department, Gretchen Edelman focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation. Gretchen has experience guiding clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution at multiple forums, including representing clients on appeal and in mediation or arbitration. She has represented leading companies in the fields of sports and entertainment, information technology and communications, and finance, among others.
Gretchen has also helped clients with internal cybersecurity investigations, government investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other corporate governance matters.
