Emily Hoyle is an associate in the Litigation department who focuses on white collar defense, government investigations and internal investigations, including matters concerning insider trading, securities fraud and other financial laws. Emily has extensive experience in a broad range of internal investigations for both public and private institutions, including relating to whistleblower complaints, accounting and internal governance issues.

Emily maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising individuals in immigration, wills and housing matters.
