Edmund Bao is an associate in the Litigation Department with a wide range of experience, including in complex civil litigation, international arbitration and regulatory enforcement matters. He has represented leading companies in the fields of finance, technology, telecommunications, mining, energy and commodities. 

Edmund maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on anti-hate impact litigation, racial justice and hate crime cases.

Previously, Edmund worked at the Special Litigation Unit in the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency, where he investigated and pursued sanctions arising from allegations of fraud and corruption in World Bank Group-financed projects. Edmund has also co-authored articles in the International Comparative Legal Guide, Arbitration International and the Australian Yearbook of International Law.
