A counsel in the Litigation Department, Daniel Negless specializes in complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on defending clients facing simultaneous actions across multiple jurisdictions.

Daniel has experience across numerous areas of law—including commercial litigation, bankruptcy actions, white collar defense, and internal investigations—and he has advised clients throughout every step of the litigation timeline, from the filing of the complaint through trial.

Daniel is also active in pro bono litigation. He recently won an oral argument to release a client from federal prison, prompting The National Associate of Criminal Defense Lawyers to recognize him and the firm for the “Win of the Week.”
