An associate in the Litigation Department, Brae Dozier focuses on a range of complex civil litigation and regulatory defense matters. Brae has represented several leading clients from the financial services and life sciences sectors in a wide variety of commercial disputes, class actions and appellate matters involving breach of contract, antitrust and securities litigation.

Brae received his J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law, where he was a senior staff editor of the Howard Law Journal, and his B.A. in Pyschology and Behavioral Neurosciences from Randolph-Macon College.
