An associate in the Litigation Department, Anne Simons focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and regulatory matters for leading companies across a variety of industries. Anne has significant experience litigating in federal and state courts and representing clients before state and federal agencies. She has advised clients on issues including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, intellectual property infringement, contract disputes, fraud, freedom of information laws and compliance with antitrust laws.
Anne maintains an active pro bono practice, including asylum, housing, freedom of speech and intellectual property matters.
