An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Group, Aimee Constantineau regularly advises clients in connection with structured finance transactions, including whole-business and other securitization and asset-backed structures. Her experience includes securitizations involving esoteric assets such as commercial vehicle and equipment fleets, intellectual property royalties and restaurant and other franchised business revenues.
Aimee’s clients include issuers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and major corporations. She also has experience in bond financings involving a range of more traditional assets.
