Real estate partners Peter Fisch and Salvatore Gogliormella’s latest transactional real estate column, “Master Lease Severability,” appeared in the November 17 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss the tension between the desire among both landlords and tenants to maintain flexibility under master leases, and the ability of landlords to show that a master lease is not severable in bankruptcy.
