Real estate partners Salvatore Gogliormella and Peter Fisch’s latest transactional real estate column, “Commercial Landlord-Tenant Issues During the Pandemic,” appeared in the May 13 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss the effects of the COVID-19 restrictive measures placed on business owners, who are increasingly required to make difficult decisions about their commercial leases in light of significant liquidity shortfalls, and the many associated legal complications, including lease terminations and rent abatement, among others.
