Litigation of counsel Martin Flumenbaum and firm chairman Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “The Second Circuit in the COVID-19 Era,” appeared in the April 22 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss how the pandemic has affected the Second Circuit in unprecedented ways, including the use of a teleconference platform for oral arguments, the extension of court deadlines, the lifting of paper filing requirements and the impact on the number of appeals.
