Litigation of counsel Martin Flumenbaum and firm chairman Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “Personal Benefit in Title 18 Insider Trading Cases,” appeared in the January 29 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss the Second Circuit’s recent decision in U.S. v. Blaszczak that significantly expands insider trading enforcement authority under Title 18.
