In “Telehealth Is Here to Stay—Here Are Some Considerations for Mitigating Regulatory Risks,” published on March 11, Randy and Marc examine new rules proposed by the Department of Health and Human Services and the Drug Enforcement Administration, and their possible side effects; and various compliance measures for companies to mitigate regulatory risk, such as modifying current policies, proactively planning for new rulemaking regarding virtual prescriptions, and being cognizant of Anti-Kickback Statute and Safe Harbor Regulations.
