John Carlin, Harris Fischman and Jeannie Rhee Discuss Internal Investigations With NACD’s Directorship Magazine

Investigations Practice Group Co-Chairs John Carlin, Harris Fischman and Jeannie Rhee published an article on internal investigations in the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Directorship magazine. In “The Investigations Playbook: Considerations for Boards,” published on July 8, the authors discuss the circumstances that may necessitate an internal investigation and certain best practices for companies.

“Understanding the spectrum of investigatory options and the board’s role throughout the process is essential to good corporate governance if and when a crisis strikes,” the authors note.
