Global Private Credit Group Co-Chairs Joe Glatt and Anastasia Peterson published an article in Private Debt Investor outlining the need for heightened legal, governance and structural sophistication by parties to private credit transactions as the global market matures. In “How is legal architecture developing for private debt?” published in PDI’s October 2025 issue, they discuss evolving legal considerations across the expanding market and how firms may be able to position themselves for long-term leadership in private debt.

“Deal sizes are increasing, investor profiles are broadening and capital structures are becoming more complex,” they write. “Legal strategy is emerging as a differentiator, not a constraint.”
