Global Private Credit Group Co-Chair Joe Glatt published an article in Private Debt Investor outlining the need for heightened legal, governance and structural sophistication by parties to private credit transactions as the global market matures. In “How is legal architecture developing for private debt?” published in PDI’s October 2025 issue, he discusses evolving legal considerations across the expanding market and how firms may be able to position themselves for long-term leadership in private debt.
