Litigation associate Will Marks participated in a moderated discussion at the 2024 First Financial Resources Tax Institute. Will was interviewed concerning the implications of the US Supreme Court’s decision in Connelly v. United States regarding the valuation of shares in a closely held corporation subject to a buy-sell agreement.
