Walt Brown to Speak at Practising Law Institute’s Advanced Trade Secrets Program

Litigation partner Walt Brown will participate in a panel, “The Cutting Edge: Emerging Trade Secrets Issues that May Affect Your Business,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Advanced Trade Secrets 2021: New Risks, New Challenges, New Ideas program. Walt will discuss new trade secrets claims in the financial services sector, why lawyers should consider criminal issues when litigating a civil trade secrets dispute, and how to manage relationships and strategies in a multi-defendant dispute.
