Litigation partner Walt Brown will participate in a panel, “Trends in Government Enforcement Actions Against Gatekeepers,” as part of the Practicing Law Institute’s 2025 Storming the Gatekeepers: When Compliance Officers and In-House Lawyers Are at Risk program. The panel will discuss recent trends and enforcement activity involving individual liability for gatekeepers like lawyers, accountants and compliance officers, among other topics.
The program will be held online and in person in New York on July 16; and Walt’s panel will begin at 10:45 a.m. ET.
