Walt Brown to Discuss Latest SEC Developments at PLI Event

Litigation partner Walt Brown will participate in a panel, “Current Developments in SEC Enforcement,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s 39th Midyear SEC Reporting & Financial Accounting Standards Board Forum. The panel will discuss the SEC’s latest enforcement priorities, recent cases and their impact, and the SEC whistleblower program, among other topics.

The panel will take place online and in person in San Francisco on June 13 at 10:15 a.m. PT/1:15 p.m. ET.
