North American Investment Funds Co-Head Vicky Forrester will take part in the Cambridge Forum on Private Funds, an annual gathering of leading in-house and private practice lawyers from the U.S. and Canada with extensive experience in private fund formation. Through seminar-style discussions, participants will collaboratively examine the most complex current legal challenges in fund formation, operation and governance.
The forum will take place in Charleston, S.C., from April 26-28.
