Udi Grofman to Participate at ALM’s Annual Hedge Fund General Counsel & Compliance Officer Summit

Corporate partner Udi Grofman will speak on a panel at ALM’s 12th Annual Hedge Fund General Counsel & Compliance and Officer Summit. Udi’s panel, “Identifying Alternative Fund Structures amid the Growing Pressure to Align Manager and Investor Interests,” will explore current trends in fee structures and help identify average management fees, and will examine how the increasing frequency of key performance indicators and claw black clauses shape future funds, among other topics. The panel will take place on September 27 at the Marriott Marquis in New York.
