Corporate partner Udi Grofman will chair the second annual Practising Law Institute (PLI) “Advanced Issues in Private Funds” program. Corporate partner Victoria Forrester is also participating as a faculty member. The program, presented by experts from leading law firms and investment management firms, will feature in-depth discussions about fundraising dynamics and strategies, co-investment vehicles and upper-tier structures and tax considerations, among other advanced issues in private funds today.
The event will take place virtually on June 8 at 9 a.m. ET.
