Corporate partners Udi Grofman and Matt Collin will participate in the “Advanced Issues in Private Funds 2025” program hosted by the Practising Law Institute.
Udi will chair the program, deliver opening remarks and speak on a panel, “Private Fund GC Panel: Issues and Trends Encountered in 2025.” The panel will cover significant issues confronting fund managers today, and expectations for the coming year. Matt will speak on a panel, “Investment Management M&A: Advanced Analysis of the Private Equity Landscape,” that will explore the current landscape of M&A in the investment management industry, including deal structures, deal terms, regulatory hurdles and integration challenges.
The program brings together experienced attorneys in private equity and investment management to discuss fundraising strategy for sponsors, techniques and mechanisms for fund managers to create liquidity and capital, and how to navigate the complexities of the private funds industry.
The event will take place online and in person in New York on July 15. Udi will deliver opening remarks at 9 a.m. ET, and his panel will take place at 3:45 p.m. ET. Matt’s panel will take place at 2:30 p.m. ET.
