Antitrust Deputy Co-Chair Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will participate in the 12th Bill Kovacic Antitrust Salon hosted by George Washington University Law School. Tee will moderate a panel on “Criminal & Civil Antitrust Issues: No Poach, Non-Compete, Sections 1 & 2,” which will cover the latest developments and enforcement actions related to no poach and non-compete antitrust concerns.
The annual half-day gathering brings together current and former enforcement officials from the DOJ and the FTC, as well as judges and in-house counsel, to analyze the potential implications of antitrust developments as they relate to competition, intellectual property, worker mobility and consumer protection issues.
The in-person event will take place on September 9 in Washington. Tee’s panel will take place at 2 p.m. ET.
