Litigation partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will moderate a panel, “Antitrust Crimes & Corporate Compliance and Accountability,” at the New York State Bar Association’s annual Antitrust Law Section Meeting. The panel will discuss the implications of the DOJ’s newly announced policy on self-reporting corporate misconduct in both the white collar and the corporate compliance contexts; recent revisions to the Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program; and the DOJ’s reinvigorated criminal enforcement of monopolization in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act, among other topics.
