Litigation partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will participate in a webinar, “Monaco Memo and Its Impact on Antitrust Compliance Programs,” presented by the ABA’s Antitrust Law Section and Compliance and Ethics Committee. The program will focus on the so-called “Monaco Memo,” which revised the DOJ’s corporate criminal enforcement policies across the Department, and what impact the revised enforcement guidelines could have on the DOJ Antitrust Division’s consideration of a company’s compliance program at both the charging and sentencing stage.
The webinar will take place on February 21 at 12 p.m. ET.
