Tee St. Matthew-Daniel Moderates Panel on Information Sharing at NYSBA Antitrust Section Meeting

Litigation partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel moderated a panel, “Information Sharing in the Information Age: The Future is Now,” at the New York State Bar Association’s annual Antitrust Law Section Meeting. The panel covered a range of practical counseling and compliance topics related to information sharing following withdrawal of the joint guidelines by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. The panel also covered ongoing emerging litigation tactics for private and government plaintiffs and defendants including data intermediaries.

Tee’s panel took place in New York on January 16.
