Litigation partner Susanna Buergel spoke on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s program, “Mergers & Acquisitions 2019: Advanced Trends and Developments." Susanna’s panel, “M&A Litigation Developments,” compared New York versus Delaware as a forum for stockholder litigation, broken deal litigation after Akorn, and litigating over high-vote and low-vote stock, among other topics. The event took place January 10-11 in New York City.
