Partners Scott Barshay and Andrew Gordon will participate in panel discussions as part of Tulane University Law School’s 37th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Scott will speak on “Hot Topics in M&A Practice” with Tiffany Posil, chief of the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions in the SEC’s Division of Corporate Finance, among others. Andrew will participate in “When Deals Don’t Go as Planned – Earnout Disputes, Purchase Price Adjustments, Break Fees, Indemnification Claims and Fraud” alongside Vice Chancellor Lori Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery, among others.
The conference will take place in New Orleans from March 6-7. Scott’s panel will take place on March 6 at 9:15 a.m. CT/10:15 a.m. ET; Andrew’s panel will take place on March 7 at 11:45 a.m. CT/12:45 p.m. ET.
