Antitrust partner Rich Pepper will speak on a panel, “Changing Winds at the CMA,” at the GCR Live: Law Leaders Europe 2025 conference hosted by Global Competition Review. The session will cover operational changes at the Competition and Markets Authority in response to recent UK government guidance, the CMA’s new focus on growth and its implications for enforcement, the future of behavioral remedies and upcoming developments in digital regulation, among other topics.
