Randy Luskey to Speak on SVIPLA Panel on Parallel Trade Secrets Proceedings

Litigation partner Randy Luskey will participate in a panel, “Parallel Criminal and Civil Trade Secrets Disputes: What You Need to Know,” hosted by the Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association. Randy will be joined by Neel Chatterjee, an intellectual property partner at Goodwin Procter, to discuss the recent wave of parallel criminal investigations and civil lawsuits over trade secrets, and the unique set of strategic challenges and questions these parallel proceedings present.
