On June 14, corporate partners Marco Masotti, Vicky Forrester, Matthew Goldstein, Amran Hussein and Aaron Schlaphoff participated in a panel discussion on recent developments and market trends in private equity fundraising hosted by legal recruiting firm Major, Lindsey & Africa as part of its Alternative Asset Management General Counsel Luncheon at the Harvard Club of New York City. Marco moderated the panel, “Private Equity Fundraising: Lessons for a Challenged Market,” which examined the current fundraising environment, the consequences of longer fundraises, and the shifting regulatory and compliance landscape, among other topics.
