On January 19, Paul, Weiss hosted a webinar, “FTC’s Proposed Rule to Ban Non-Compete Clauses: What You Need to Know,” led by litigation partners Brette Tannenbaum and Liza Velazquez, and executive compensation partner Larry Witdorchic. The three addressed the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule banning employer-worker non-compete agreements; the possible effects it could have on a wide variety of industries; and the likely legal challenges the FTC will face.
