Corporate partners Chris Cummings, Andrew Foley, Adam Givertz and Ted Maynard and litigation partners Susanna Buergel, Jessica Carey and Jaren Janghorbani participated in Paul, Weiss's 12th annual seminar on U.S. Legal Developments for Canadian companies and their advisors. Approximately 300 clients and friends of the firm attended the panel discussions, chaired by Ted, in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. Chris and Andrew provided an update of SEC developments, Adam reviewed recent M&A developments, Susanna and Jessica spoke about the litigation and enforcement environment in the United States and Jaren discussed climate change litigation.
