Paul, Weiss hosted its Annual Hedge Fund GC Forum. The event brings together clients and friends from the industry’s most prominent hedge funds to discuss significant issues confronting the industry. The forum featured two CLE panels, followed by a cocktail reception. The first panel, on managing evergreen funds, was led by Udi Grofman, Gregory Laufer, Conrad van Loggerenberg and Lindsey Wiersma. The second panel, on managing illiquid assets, featured Matthew Goldstein, Amran Hussein, Patrick Karsnitz and Marco Masotti.
