Nicole Kar to Reflect on 25 Years of UK Competition Regulation at ThoughtLeaders4 Competition Event

Antitrust Practice Global Go-Chair Nicole Kar will participate on a panel, “The Triumphs and Trials of 25 Years of Competition Enforcement,” moderated by former Acting Director, Enforcement at the Competition and Markets Authority Ann Pope as part of an event hosted by Thought Leaders4 Competition, “Celebrating 25 Years of The Competition Act: Reflections, Achievements and Future Challenges.”  The event will bring together leading minds from across the competition community to discuss the 25th anniversary of the Competition Act, a touchstone of modern competition regulation in the United Kingdom.
