Nicole Kar to Moderate Global Competition Review Panel on M&A Strategies for Uncertain Times

Antitrust Global Co-Chair Nicole Kar will moderate a discussion during the Global Competition Review’s GCR Live Global Merger Control conference in Brussels. The panel, “M&A strategies for uncertain times,” will focus on the impact of competing political priorities on antitrust and foreign investment reviews by global agencies, the impact on deal doing and boardroom decisions, jurisdictional issues, what’s market in relation to agreement terms and other topics. The conference will take place in Brussels on October 23 and 24; Nicole’s panel will begin at 3 p.m. CET on October 23.
