Nicole Kar Speaks at U.K. Parliament Panel on Economic Security

Global Antitrust Co-Chair Nicole Kar participated in a panel before the U.K. Parliament’s Business and Trade Sub-Committee on Economic Security, Arms and Export Controls, providing expert advice on the U.K.’s investing environment and the National Security and Investment Act.

The invitation follows an article Nicole wrote for the Financial Times, which discussed reforms to the screening process aimed at protecting national security while making it more business-friendly for clients.

The panel took place virtually and in London on May 7.
