Megan Spelman to Discuss Private Equity M&A at PLI Program

Corporate partner Megan Spelman will participate in a panel, “Private Equity M&A,” during the Practising Law Institute’s Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2022 program. The program will provide a practical overview of the current M&A market and updates on key issues that arise in the dealmaking process. Megan’s panel will cover risks and rewards of the LBO Model; key transaction terms and recent trends; and debt and equity financing considerations.

The event offers CLE credit and will be held on September 21 at 1 p.m. ET at the Practising Law Institute in New York City.
